Kasheer's Garlic powder is made from garlic cloves grown and processed in upper regions of Uttrakhand. This is then grounded into fine particles (powder). The flavor is garlicky, sweeter and much less pungent than fresh garlic, but also without the caramelly undertones that you get from roasted or sautéd garlic.
