  • One can use lemongrass in marinades, stir-fries, salads, spice rubs, and curry pastes and soups. Lemongrass is also used to in weight loss tea. One can also combine rosemary and thyme with lemongrass to make a wonderful herbal tea.

    Lemongrass tea:

    • In 2 cup boiling water add 1 tsp Rosemary, 1tsp Thyme and 3 teaspoons dried lemongrass.
    • Steep for at least five minutes.
    • Strain the tea.
    • add honey/jaggery as desired

    Enjoy hot or add ice cubes for iced lemongrass tea.
