Kasheer’s Meat tenderizer is a powdered combination of sundried raw papaya and Himalayan salt. Before cooking, moisten surface of meat with water. Sprinkle tenderizer (1 tsp. per 1 kg.) evenly over meat and keep aside for couple of hours.

 

Cook meat as desired. Can be used in any kind of meat products.
